Activation Fee is Non-Refundable

VIP Mail is a digital service, and its value depends on the activation and exclusive reservation of your email address. The activation fee is non-refundable.

The Only Refund Exception

A refund request can be considered only if the service completely fails to work due to technical reasons attributable to VIP Mail within the first 72 hours of activation and we are unable to fix it.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in the following cases: change of mind, or account termination due to violation of terms of service.
